I am not a therapist or a psychologist, just a fellow traveler with experience in trauma-informed care, seeking to provide a safe place for others exploring their experiences with church abuse.
I am here to help you process adverse religious experiences that may have caused you to experience abuse and trauma. I will provide a safe and confidential place to address questions, provide resources, help you find a therapist, and direct you toward a larger community who is here to welcome and support you. All at your pace, on your terms. Or maybe you just need someone to listen. It would be my honor.
Whatever you need, remember: You are loved, you are worthy of love just the way you are, and you do not deserve to be told that you are broken or sinful or irreparable. None of these things are true, but this is: You are not alone.
